Dear Editor
In the language class the teacher told us to writte a letter responding to an editor about crimes, taking into account the following:
Whose responsibility is it to protect crime? Write a letter to the editor explaining your views, give specific examples of what the police can do to protect themselves and their neighbours.
-Start your letter "Dear Editor"
- Follow the plan on page 93
- Use "Useful expressions":
- Introductory comments (1)
- Agreeing (3)
- Explaining your view (2)
- Clarifying (2)
Here is my letter:
Dear Editor,
I read your article about the crimes going on around Rivertown, and I am really worried too. I am a resident of Broadchurch, which is pretty near Rivertown.
I fully agree with the police warning people to be careful, especially at night. People should, for example, have alarms and ralings installed, avoid taking garbage at night, and avoid talking to strangers.
I fully support all the advice. However, police should also take care, not only people; they should too. Therefore, they should patrol streets, on foot and by car, install cameras and respond quickly to crimes because sometimes, for this reason, time runs out. Also, I think policeman should get more training, that is to say, be really physically fit.
So, there are some things to work and put lots of attention on, related to people and to the police. In other words, people must be more alert and police faster. I tottaly think that if all this issues are solved, people will soon live better and safer.

A review on Oh Romeo! Oh Romeo!
After watching the play "Oh Romeo, Oh Romeo", in the language class, we were asked to write a review about it, following these intructions:
Personally, I believe they did a great job due to the really nice work of the actors, even though they were young, and the hard work of the writer as well. It was a really good play because of the different aspects they included, in addition they made it funny.
What's your opinion about the play? Why did/didn't you like it? What did the script writers take into account when they wrote the script? Why do you think it meant a lot of work to put on this play? What aspects do you think were taken into account? Why was the play successful?
Write an essay covering the above points (150 words)
- Use:
- In my opinion,
- Personally, I believe/guess
- From the artistic point of view...
- I don't agree with...
- I'm against...
- Use 15 connectors
Here is my work:

In my opinion to write this play the writer took into account the main characteristics of the characters.
Therefore, in order to make it funny, they changed them into the opposite. From the artistic point of view, they paid notably attention to the costumes, also on the characters' actions and especially on their behavior. Moreover, they included other plays, Macbeth, Hamlet and The Tempest. Including these, helped in particular to make it more interesting and amusing.

I really liked this play. However, they should have used a good microphone instead of the camera's and to improve the filmimg, so as to look more professional and be even more successful.

Hey,
I´m really good! I´ve been studying a lot recently!
How about uploading tips for students to be organized and to study correctly for exams? I think it would be cool if you include information about clubs they can join for different school activities.
Of course I can help you, I've been attending some courses on Web-designing. We can choose together a template and a design for your blog.
There is no better place to buy a printer than "PrintOff". They offer a bunch of different printers from really cheap to expensive ones. Anyway, I would buy the HP Inkjeckt 1545 Series.
See you soon,
Julia

Article Practice
After knowing how to write an article, we were asked to search for one and make a summary of it. Then to write my own article on Foreign Languages. Here they are:
The article I searched for :
The summary:
A personal trainer and youtube personality was killed by a freight train while recording a youtube video. He was called Travis Williams, he was 30 years old and had a 6 year old daughter.
Investigators say Williams was not on the tracks. However, was close enough to get hit. They say he didn't realize the width of the train.
Since the accident, family and friends have been posting memories of him on Twitter and Instagram. Also, a memorial service and a GoFundMe account has been planned so as to help to pay funeral expenses and to support his daughter.
My own article: "Learning Foreign Languages"
Learning a new language has become very popular through theses years. Many people have started to attend institutes so as to learn them.
Sometimes, learning a foreign language is quite boring, especially if you don't like studying. However, it may be useful for a lot of things. The first idea that may come up is how useful they are when travelling, although that's not the only advantage. In addition, they can also help in your social status.
If you are interested in learning, don´t be afraid and do it, the different ways that will help you will be incredible. You will never regret it.
